Private-market ownership is not disclosed the way public fund holdings are. Pick a sector or a fund below, or search
a manager or a portfolio company. Every position carries a label saying how firmly it is known.

How to read this page. Weights are not shown. RealCPI does not publish estimated NAV weights or a
“top 10 holdings” ranking for these funds, because the equity actually invested by a fund, its
co-investors’ share, and the current carrying value are almost never all public. What is shown instead is the
disclosed transaction value of each deal, which is usually enterprise value including debt and other
investors’ money, not the fund’s own position. Summing it does not give the fund’s portfolio,
and dividing by fund size does not give a weight.
Everything here is reconstructed from public sources: manager press releases and portfolio pages, public pension board documents and performance reports, regulatory filings, and company announcements. Sources are listed with each fund. No data is taken from subscription private-market databases.
